At MemoryMegastore we aim to deliver a range of high quality products in a timely and efficient manner. On the rare occasion that you need to return an item to us, the following “no quibbles” policy applies. No references in this policy affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Faulty Items

All of our products are manufactured to the highest standards, so in the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will be happy to offer a refund or replacement. If you notice an item is faulty, please report the fault to us within 30 days of the sale and we will provide a replacement or full refund.

If an item develops a fault outside of the 30 days we will offer a replacement up to a period of 6 months from the sale date, provided our quality control procedures prove the product to be faulty.

If we do not find the item to be faulty, we will not offer a refund/replacement and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Used earpieces and Bluetooth headsets will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.

If an item is out of stock, deleted or unavailable for an extended period of time, we will offer a refund.

To return a faulty item, please follow the instructions under "To Return an Item" at the bottom of the page.

Cancellations

Our “no quibbles” policy means that for whatever reason, you may cancel your order any time up to 7 days after the day of receipt of goods. The goods must be returned to us in their original condition, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact (except for digital memory cards, hardware and paper products, which can be returned unsealed). In this event, please follow the instructions under “To Return an Item” at the bottom of the page.

We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of cancellation.

Please note we cannot cover the delivery costs associated with returning the goods to us. If you have not returned the goods to us, we can arrange for them to be collected, the direct costs of which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Return an Item

Online - go to www.MemoryMegastore.com and login with your username and password. Click on “Order History” and select the item you wish to return. You will then be asked to confirm your details and select how you would like us to contact you. Once we have received these details we will contact you by your chosen method to provide you with an authorised Returns Number.

By Phone - Please contact our Returns Department by calling 0800 082 0555 between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, to obtain an authorised Returns Number. MemoryMegastore cannot accept returned items without an authorised Returns Number.

Write the returns number and a description of the fault or reason for return on the back of the despatch note, and include this with your returned goods. We would recommend re-using the original packaging if possible, and ensure the package is wrapped securely.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. It is important that you are able to prove return should the item be lost in transit.
